IPTECHVIEW develops VSaaS platform delivering surveillance that’s simple, Podcast

“Nothing lumpy”

Robert Messer says that his company, IPTECHVIEW, has made surveillance a business any MSP can get involved in, and that anyone in the end user company, that needs to, can access surveillance. IPTECHVIEW has developed a VSaaS (Video Surveillance as a Service) platform that drains complexity from everything from installation and launch to actual use. In this podcast we learn about the IPTECHVIEW, a scalable, cloud-based platform that permits growth without the need for servers or other on-prem boxes. “We felt what the MSP needed was something that can securely manage all that equipment without a PC,” says Robert Messer. “Its just cameras and cloud, no servers… nothing lumpy.”

According to Messer, “Its a huge income opportunity.” The system can be white labeled, the MSP can add a services package, leading to excellent profitability. Messer also maintains that the ability to improve customer loyalty might be an even bigger benefit.

By draining complexity and time-consuming, labor-intensive processes, IPTECHVIEW improved the profitability of jumping into the space. For MSPs and others, who might have historically been tied to a phone selling model, IPTECHVIEW offers an entrance into a new portfolio category without the overhead of staff training, certifications, and the old school vendor “university” model. The platform aims to be very plug and play, with no need for manuals. “We wanted it that people didn’t need a manual,” says Messer. “We wanted to democratize surveillance.”
