RESTCONN VENDOR SHOWCASE: Spinoco delivers enhanced communications that provide operational benefits to their customers

Initially, Spinoco started out in 2011 as a trdistional phone company. However, Zuzana Chlupáčková, a Solution Designer with Spinoco, relates to Don Witt of The Channel Daily News, that their customers wanted enhancements to the phone service.  Their request has now evolved into the Unified Communication application that is the flagship of the company product line which focuses on taking care of the B2B customer. Instead of using separate applications for email, telephone calls and chat, the primary function of Spinoco’s unified communications application continues to be telephony communications, messaging and smart notes. When any one of these three tasks are made and completed the activity is immediately documented in the account history.  Thus, assuring that everyone working on the account will be totally synchronized with the latest information and will be aware of all account activities. When looking at the account, everything is in one place, it is up to date, shared between those assigned to the account and it also provides for a structure where certain information is only available to those with the proper permissions. Task management is provided so everyone knows what they should be working on for the customer.  This is very customer oriented option which is bundled with a calendar. Automatic notifications are dispensed to those associated with a task so no task or event is left uncompleted. Some tasks are automatically distributed based on another event occurring. Teams may be assigned but can be easily modified. Team member’s skills are identified and use to determine who would be best to take care of individual tasks. Availability of members is monitored to monitor how time is spent. Team members may be decentralized from the corporate location Statistics and overviews are provided for easy reference and project management. The entire application is loaded with new innovative communications routines which were developed with the RestcommONE technology.
