Instead of using separate applications for email, telephone calls and chat, the primary function of Spinoco’s unified communications application continues to be telephony communications, messaging and smart notes. When any one of these three tasks are made and completed the activity is immediately documented in the account history. When looking at the account, everything is in one place, it is up to date, shared between those assigned to the account and it also provides for a structure where certain information is only available to those with the proper permissions. Task management is provided so everyone knows what they should be working on for the customer. This is very customer oriented option which is bundled with a calendar. Automatic notifications are dispensed to those associated with a task so no task or event is left uncompleted. Some tasks are automatically distributed based on another event occurring. Teams may be assigned but can be easily modified. Team member’s skills are identified and use to determine who would be best to take care of individual tasks. Availability of members is monitored to monitor how time is spent. Team members may be decentralized from the corporate location Statistics and overviews are provided for easy reference and project management.
