TADHacks, Alan continues, is an event that covers approximately 30 countries from Auckland, New Zealand to Zambia in Africa, as well as Buenos Aires, Brazil and Salt Lake City this year. It is a gathering of developers and businessmen working together to create programmable telecom solutions that will affect positive change in their businesses and lives. TADSummit, Telecom Application Development Summit, is more of a conference focused on the business of programmable telecom. The use of the term API is no longer appropriate when discussing the RestcommONE technology. It provides a much more advanced and much higher level of access which can be described as programmable communication. A very broad range of resources are made available through RestcommONE which uses a drag and drop style and can be easily used by programmers and non-programmers as well. The interface shortens development time from months to hours or days saving time and a great deal of expense. As a service provider, you can develop and add new services for your customers providing them with an enhanced experience and increasing your revenue. You no longer have to wait for the vender to provide a solution, you can do it yourself easily. Create Video, SMS or IM applications in response to your customer requests for enhancement. Modifications can be done for the individual account or made available to all of your customers. Even better, you can place your application in the RestcommONE Market Place and receive revenue from other carrier’s customers that would like the same feature. A perfect example of RestcommONE enhancement capabilities would be a call center adding SMS capabilities to their service. Since virtually all numbers can be SMS enabled through RestcommONE technology, call center services will not be limited to just voice support. You can also add video if your customer requests it. These are very positive and very easy to implement options for the call center manager or the operations manager that are RestcommONE enabled.
